The Challenge:

Are you ready to step outside the box? The goal of the Sales Support role is to facilitate the sales process by providing internal support services that will ensure customer and team member experience a level of service that is uniquely exceptional, setting us apart as a partner and an employer. To identify and deliver products and services that differentiate us in all aspects, ultimatley improving customer loyatly and team member enjoyment, well-being and retention.

· Working within a team, where interdepartmental communication and coordination was paramount to achieving successful outcomes

· Experience in conducting basic research

· The ability to pivot and be flexible in a fast paced, ever changing environment

· Updating databases and customer records

· An aptitude and desire to learn about technology, becoming proficient on the products and services we offer

Some Duties will include:

  • Provide top notch internal and external customer service.
  • Act as primary inside support to the Sales Manager and Account Managers.
  • Input new data into the CRM and update existing data to ensure accuracy of the information.
  • Work with the sales team to capture new opportunities and review existing opportunities to keep forecasting data up to date.
  • Under the direction of the Account Managers, assist with quote creation.
  • Work with our Purchasing team and our manufacturer partners to register deals, obtain quotes and secure special pricing for large buys or bulk purchases.
  • Assist in the preparation of client facing proposals,
  • Coordinate and attend meetings to take notes and capture action items requiring follow-up.
  • Assist with interdepartmental coordination as needed.
  • Provide support for project closeout and documentation as needed.
  • Conduct follow-up call customer satisfaction calls with clients 90 days after the closeout of a project to see how things are working, ask if they need any additional training, or meeting support, etc.
  • Help gather marketing materials and create packages for client meetings.
  • The ability to work occasional overtime in the evenings, or on weekends to meet a tight timeline.
  • Work with the Admin team to provide support for data input as it relates to sales support. i.e. entering receipts, assisting with obtaining paperwork for new customer setup and inputting data into Q360.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers on service-related matters
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and services
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction

Experience
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Strong client services skills with a focus on customer support
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with data entry tasks and CRM software is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
