What You’ll Do
- Keep our Academy running smoothly: manage scheduling, maintenance, vendors, and all the moving parts that make the gym shine.
- Be the go-to leader for clients, staff, and coaches, building strong relationships and creating an amazing member experience.
- Drive growth and marketing — bringing in new clients, tracking enrollment, and creating opportunities for people to discover freerunning.
- Lead with passion: organize staff meetings, oversee performance, and keep the energy high on the floor.

Details
- Pay: $20/hr to start — with plenty of room for growth.
- Schedule: Full-time, 6 days a week
- Mon–Thur: 3–8pm
- Fri: 2–8pm
- Sat: 8am–3pm
