Role Description
This is a full time, hands-on role for a HVAC Helper. The Helper will coordinate parts and materials to assist in the maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Daily tasks include picking up parts and materials from vendors and delivering to job sites. Assisting technicians with preventive maintenance and repairs, handling tools and materials, and ensuring work sites are clean and organized. The role involves supporting team efforts to deliver high-quality service to customers and ensure comfort in their residential or commercial spaces.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding or experience with HVAC systems, including maintenance, installation, and operation support.
- EPA certification is required
- Valid TX drivers license with clean record
- Demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working in varying conditions.
- Capability to follow safety guidelines and work independently in a team environment.
- Previous hands-on experience in HVAC or a related field is preferred but not required.
