Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an HVAC Distribution Warehouse Associate located in North Aurora, IL. Responsibilities include receiving, sorting, and organizing HVAC and related equipment, assisting in the loading and unloading of products, performing inventory checks to ensure accuracy, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The role may also include supporting order fulfillment processes, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring all safety guidelines are strictly followed.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and plumbing fundamentals
- Skills in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Strong customer service abilities and effective communication skills
- Physical capability to perform warehouse tasks, such as lifting and organizing equipment
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory management
- Prior experience in warehousing, distribution, or HVAC equipment industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
