Position Summary
The Buyer is responsible for performing professional procurement functions in support of District operations, including solicitation development, contract administration, and compliance with applicable procurement laws and regulations. This position manages a variety of purchasing activities of moderate complexity and serves as a resource to Schools and District departments and vendors. Additionally, this position assists with administering and monitoring lease agreements, Intergovernmental Agreements (IGAs), and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).

Education And Experience
- Associate's degree in business, public administration, or a related field preferred; or
- Three (3) years of purchasing, procurement, or contract-related experience.
- Experience in public sector or school district environment is preferred.
