Attendance Student Data Specialist
Position Summary: This position assists the Assistant Principal of Academics to provide supplementary/supportive services to the students, staff and parents. Such services are for the express purpose of recording attendance, registration of new students, withdrawal of transfer students and processing specific reports.

Placement: Classified Non-exempt Salary Schedule
Full time: 40 hours per week

Training And Experience
- High school diploma.
- Two years of secretarial/clerical experience preferred.
- One year of experience working directly with students in a high school setting such as a classroom aide, volunteer, student work experience, supervisor, etc. preferred.
- Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Spanish preferred.
