Position Summary
Facilitates standards alignment. Designs, develops and facilitates professional development aligned with the District Strategic Plan, District Learning Initiatives, and current Career and Technical Education standards and requirements. Develop, compile, and deliver resources to support implementation standards. Provides CTE teachers with support as needed in the areas of assessments, industry certifications, state reporting of CTE data, CTE student organizations, marketing of CTE programs and other CTE initiatives.

Training And Experience
- Master's degree
- Five years of experience teaching in a Business and Applied Program Programs CTE area at Secondary level
- Instructional leadership (PLC Lead, Department Chair, Academic Coach, TOA)
- Valid Arizona CTE Teaching Certificate with appropriate Subject Areas
- Valid IVP AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- State standards

- Knowledge or experience in facilitating adult learners
- Knowledge of CTE regulations and functions
- Articulates curriculum standards.
- Comprehend literacy and can articulate strategies teachers can use to increase students' literacy skills.
- Appreciates data-driven decision-making and how it relates to program development, implementation, and assessment.
