Compensation: $26.44–$31.25 per hour, based on experience

This role works Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think outside the box in a fast-paced construction environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate and input all plumbing jobs.
- Order and track materials and equipment.
- Prepare submittals, RFIs, subcontracts, change orders, O&Ms, and related project documents.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date logs (RFI, Vendor/Subcontractor, Change Orders) and track responses, advising the Project Manager and Superintendent as needed.
- Perform document control functions in accordance with on-site policies and procedures, including tracking and creating RFIs, transmitting and tracking submittals, composing agreements, and maintaining the job status sheet.
- Work closely with the Plumbing Project Manager and Field Superintendents.
- Act as a liaison with subcontractors to expedite drawings and related information.
- Communicate effectively with others and represent the company and project team in a professional manner.
- Follow strong oral and written communication practices.
- Handle typing, filing, emailing, and scanning as needed.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Assume responsibility for additional assignments and duties as requested.
- Present oneself as a candidate for promotion by learning construction methods and developing strong construction management skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of one year of experience in Plumbing Project Coordination.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Reliable transportation required.
