Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and previous customers
- Maintain CRM and customer records accurately
- Generate repeat and referral business
- Work closely with management and finance teams to complete deals
- Stay current on new vehicle inventory, products, and industry trends
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
