A Day in the Life:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts to support the sales process
- Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Analyze customer trends and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Attend industry events and trade shows as needed
- Provide customer feedback to support product and service improvements
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high standard of client satisfaction
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Background in B2B sales or industry-specific sales
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, forecasting, and pipeline management
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to travel for client meetings, events, or trade shows (as required)
- Clear verbal communication, focus, and cognitive ability to manage complex tasks
