A Day in the Life:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts to support the sales process
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM documentation
  • Analyze customer trends and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Attend industry events and trade shows as needed
  • Provide customer feedback to support product and service improvements
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high standard of client satisfaction
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.)
  • Background in B2B sales or industry-specific sales
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, forecasting, and pipeline management

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, events, or trade shows (as required)
  • Clear verbal communication, focus, and cognitive ability to manage complex tasks
