Schedule
Thursday, Friday, Saturday & alternating Wednesday
6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead daily production floor operations
- Ensure deadlines and service commitments are met
- Prioritize production workflow to keep jobs moving
- Monitor machine output and labor utilization
- Reduce downtime and keep work flowing to the right equipment
- Coordinate staffing and production resources across departments
- Help ensure all operators receive proper technical, quality, and ISO-related training
- Cross-train associates to improve flexibility and efficiency
- Plan labor needs based on workflow and production demand
- Communicate priorities clearly during shift turnover
- Help monitor parts inventory and coordinate vendor support when needed
- Support preventive maintenance planning to maximize equipment performance
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience
- 3–5 years of print maintenance experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations setting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Someone who can motivate teams, solve problems quickly, and keep production on track
