Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Tampa, FL. for an inside Customer Care Associate at Tempaco, Inc. As an inside Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing warehouse support, exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. Your tasks will include processing sales transactions, answering customer inquiries, recommending products, making customer deliveries and maintaining a clean and organized sales area.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and proficiency in computers
- Valid Florida driver’s license a must
- Forklift experience a plus
- Pulling a trailer a plus
- BILINGUAL A PLUS
