Key Responsibilities:
· Install and configure Economarker and ScaleManager systems for clients.
· Conduct training sessions for users to maximize system capabilities.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain system performance.
· Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems maintenance preferred
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, and connectivity issues
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Work Environment & Expectations
- Onsite support required; occasional after-hours support may be needed
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment (up to 40 lbs.)
- Professional, customer-service-oriented approach to internal support
