Job Overview

Duties
- Educate and inspire students through assisting with innovative teaching methods and engaging lesson plans.
- Assisting with implementing age-appropriate curricula that align with educational standards and promote childhood development.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support children's growth and development.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in daycare or educational settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Montessori principles and practices is a plus.
- Already Montessori credentialed and/or willing to become so.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for childhood development and the ability to create meaningful connections with students.
