Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose system issues efficiently and perform accurate troubleshooting and repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance including cleaning, filter replacement, coil servicing, and system tune-ups
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manufacturer manuals
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance, repairs, and maintenance recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records, job documentation, and work orders
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining a strong customer service focus
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC installation and repair experience
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and diagnostics
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather and job-site conditions
- Must pass a background check
