Most days begin and end from your home. You’ll be dispatched directly to customer locations in a fully equipped company vehicle and work independently throughout the day while being supported by an experienced management and office team.

Position Summary
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, startups, equipment replacements, and system modifications on commercial and residential HVAC equipment throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland.
You will be responsible for maintaining professional customer relationships while delivering high-quality service and workmanship.

Primary Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
- Service commercial rooftop units
- Service split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and air conditioning systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and control issues
- Perform equipment startups and commissioning
- Complete equipment replacements and modifications as needed
- Identify and recommend repair solutions
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Physical Requirements
This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to:
- Frequently walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely
- Use ladders and access rooftops
- Work in mechanical rooms, attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas
- Reach overhead and perform repetitive hand movements
- Work safely around energized electrical equipment
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Work Schedule
Most technicians begin and end their workday from home and are dispatched directly to customer locations.
Monthly company meetings and training sessions are held at our office in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania.
Service territory includes commercial and residential customers throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland.
