Clinical Support – LICSW
St. Paul, MN | Starting at $45/hour | Start Immediately – Ongoing Placement
Temp Social Work is looking for a passionate Clinical Support to join an Community Treatment Team in St. Paul. This ongoing position starts right away and offers the chance to make a real impact while leading a dedicated, client-centered team.
In this role, you’ll guide clinical operations and support individuals living with serious mental illness and/or substance use challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee day-to-day clinical services, from intake through discharge.
- Supervise and mentor licensed and unlicensed team members.
- Review cases, provide feedback, and support ongoing professional growth.
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR on hiring, training, and onboarding.
- Step in for on-call or shift coverage as needed.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, empowerment, and recovery.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field.
- Active Minnesota license as LICSW
