Role Description
Maintain the ISO Quality Management System (QMS) by performing planned and documented quality assurance activities. Perform and Record inspection and test activities, as implemented within the ISO QMS, to ensure that the quality (and customer) requirements for products or services have been properly fulfilled.
Experience
• 3 plus years manufacturing (electro-mechanical) environment with emphasis on quality inspection and processes
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Data Collection systems

• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management and follow up skills, includes; ability to be a self-motivated, stay focused to operate responsibly and independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret drawings, various production, engineering and quality documents; records, standards, specifications, test reports, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to use various quality inspection tools; gages, micrometer, caliper, scale, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to use various quality testing devices; multimeter, galvanometer, continuity test, etc.
Responsibilities
• Perform various inspection tasks; Incoming, In-process and Final QA on all components, subassemblies and completed systems including Customer/Supplier Returned Materials.
• Data Entry: Enter all In-coming traceability data into the materials received (MR) log database
• Data Entry: Enter all Q.C./Q.A. pass/fail (defect) data into the appropriate database.
• Be an integral part of the Temp-Pro Quality and Manufacturing Team.
• Active Role Involvement with nonconformance; NCR processing & Material Review Board; MRS activity. Participate in Problem Resolution activity
• Identify, prepare and maintain quality records in accordance with defined ISO processes and customer requirements (e.g., certificates of compliance/conformity, inspection and test records)
• Access supplier and quality data websites for quality data verification/documentation (e.g., material test certs.)
• Demonstrate and foster a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving and exceeding goals.
• Support Process Improvement and other Continual Improvement Initiatives
• May be required to fill in other areas within the facility, based on experience and crosstraining.
