Salary: Base Pay-$14/hr | Overtime-$21/hr

TempExperts, LLC is working with a well-established company in the construction and industrial sector to hire motivated, dependable General Labor associates in the Tampa, FL area.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with 40-50 hours per week. Candidates with hands-on experience in general labor and/or forklift operation are encouraged to apply, especially those looking for steady work and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, equipment, and tools
• Operate forklifts and assist with material handling (if certified/experienced)
• Move, stage, and organize materials and supplies as needed
• Assist skilled trades such as carpenters, welders, and equipment operators
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform general labor and routine tasks as assigned
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and supervisor instructions
