Education and Experience
Any combination of education, training, and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an approved institution with a specialization in accounting or business is preferred. Three (3) years of successful supervisory experience in payroll in a school district, county office, or governmental agency, preferred.

THE POSITION
Under the direction and supervision of the Coordinator of Fiscal Services, manages the organization, staffing, and operational activities of the Payroll Department of the Fiscal Services Department: oversees payroll processing and preparation; assures proper and timely completion of tax, retirement plan, and other reports according to established deadlines; selects, trains, supervises, and evaluates the performance of payroll staff.
