We are a privately owned, full-service dental implant center specializing in full arch treatments. We handle both the surgical procedures and the final restorations in-house. Our general dentists and oral surgeon work together to provide complete, all-in-one care for our patients under one roof.

Pay range: $28-$32 p.h. based on experience, plus up to $2000 p.m. in easily obtainable bonuses.
Job Description:
- Patient-Centered Approach: Connect with patients on an emotional level from the very first interaction, understand their needs, and assist them in making informed decisions about their treatment journey. Overcome obstacles and inspire confidence in our practice's goals and vision.
- Treatment coordination: Work closely with General Dentists and Oral Surgeon to ensure t most comprehensive care. Guide patients through treatment plans and cost presentations. Convert treatment plans into reality, manage recall lists, confirm appointments, and reduce no-show rates.
- Receptionist: Master the art of multitasking by efficiently handling multi-line phones, texts, and emails.
- Scheduling: Balance productivity and staff workload while ensuring our patients receive top-notch care.
Skills / Requirements:
- In-depth Knowledge: Profound understanding of general dentistry, implant dentistry and oral surgery
- Dental Experience: Minimum of 2 yearsof experience in the dental field as a Treatment Coordinator, Receptionist, or Dental Assistant.
- RDA/DA
- Exceptional Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Financial Acumen: Thorough knowledge of third-party financing options such as Proceed Finance , Cherry, Care Credit and Lending Club.
- Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Patient-Centric: Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and putting our patients' needs first.
