The Entry Level Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and leadership support, ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and helping clients maximize the value they receive from our products and services. This role requires a strong communicator, a problem solver, and a dedicated team player who thrives in a client-facing environment.

Entry Level Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests via direct face to face, phone, email, or live chat.
  • Problem Resolution: Address client concerns and complaints with a solutions-oriented approach, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Resolve escalated complex customer issues, supporting fellow team members when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services in order to provide clients with accurate information and guidance on how to maximize service value.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This includes handling updates, renewals, and any service adjustments.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on product features, service options, and best practices, empowering them to make informed decisions and use our products and services effectively.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences and report insights to the relevant teams to help improve products, services, and overall customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to client service.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records of client interactions, including inquiries, issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.
  • Service Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for clients to take advantage of additional services or features that can enhance their experience with our company.

Entry Level Manager Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client services, or account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry or product-specific knowledge is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,205.00 - $62,881.00 per year
