🛠️ Your Core Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations
- Ensure DOT compliance, conduct audits, and lead driver safety training
- Open and route delivery teams daily using routing software
- Lead and perform visibility rides in a 26-foot box truck
- Support operational troubleshooting
- Collaborate with leadership to drive performance and strategic initiatives
👤 What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years in Last-Mile Transportation Operations (Required)
- Ability to drive 26-ft trucks (Must hold a valid DOT Medical Card)
- Strong knowledge of DOT compliance, field audits, and safety
- Experience managing high-volume routes and delivery teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and routing tools
- Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
- Bonus: Experience in the home appliance delivery/installation industry

- $65,000–$70,000/year
