Openings:

• Non-CDL Drivers: Must have recent professional work experience operating a 26 FT Box Truck, Have a valid DL, Pass Background check & DOT, Clean MVR, able to lift 200 LBS, Hand tools experience and must be able to work 6 days a week (Tues-Sat) up for 14 HR shifts.
• Technicians: Must be able to assist driver with deliveries of appliances and installations. Have a valid DL, Pass Background check & DOT, Clean MVR, able to lift 200 LBS, Hand tools experience and must be able to work 6 days a week (Tues-Sat) up for 14 HR shifts.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years old.
• Pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license without any infractions in the last 36 months.
• Ability to effectively operate a GPS.
• Must be able to use / learn handheld device and smart phone applications.
• Driving experience preferred but not required.

Job Functions: Load, Deliver & Install! Routes are local & Training is provided.

• Driver will operate a 26 Ft. company vehicle to transport appliances to and from customer locations.
• Load and unload equipment safely and in accordance with Temco's guidelines
• Utilize job related equipment but not limited to dollies, forklift, electric pallet jack, lifting straps and handheld tools.
• Install appliances.
• Accurately complete records of deliveries/pick-ups on paperwork and handheld device

Skills & Abilities:

• Must have the ability to provide great customer service and quality installation.
• Ability to Lift/pull/push/Load/Unload equipment up to 100 LBS from warehouse/truck using proper equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision following Temco's established procedures as well as work in a teamwork environment.
• Ability to problem solve quickly and logically when needed.
• Work in a safely manner maintaining an accident-free environment.
• Previous experience not needed but welcome.
