Temah Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), Physician, or Nurse Practitioner (NP), ensuring high-quality care while maintaining patient safety and comfort in behavioral health, outpatient, and residential treatment facility settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans.
- Monitor, record, and report patient vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with patient assessments and documentation
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
- Respond appropriately to concerns and emergencies·
- Provide nursing support within the residential treatment facility, including monitoring residents’ health status, supporting medication compliance, and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary treatment team.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Maryland
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team·
- Experience in behavioral health, primary care, outpatient services, or a residential treatment facility preferred
Salary : $30 - $35
