We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Associate to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of orders while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and packaging orders for shipment according to company standards
• Coordinate with carriers and freight providers to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and records
• Support inventory management by tracking shipped items and updating relevant systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during the shipping process
• Collaborate with team members to improve shipping efficiency and accuracy
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with shipping software or inventory management systems
• Ability to lift and move packages as needed and stand for extended periods

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, customer service or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or e-commerce industry.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical shipping practices and regulations is highly desirable.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  
  

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external coordination.
• High attention to detail to ensure shipping accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  
  

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods during the workday.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00/hour

Type of Position: Hourly - On Site

Location: Irving, TX 33763

Available Shifts: Weekend and afternoon availability required.

Weekdays: 5PM-10PM OR 6PM-10PM Weekends: 8am-8pm availability

Approximately 8-25 hours varying per week depending on business needs.
