About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the execution of engineering and construction projects. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless communication, documentation, and progress tracking across multiple project phases.
You’ll play a key part in organizing schedules, managing project data, preparing reports, and maintaining compliance helping ensure each project runs on time, on budget, and within scope.
What You’ll Do
- Support Project Managers in coordinating all aspects of project execution, from start-up to closeout.
- Serve as a communication hub between internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and clients.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute project information, documentation, and reports.
- Draft and present meeting notes, presentations, and data summaries using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables; prepare monthly progress reports and action item summaries.
- Assist in coordinating training programs for project staff to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
- Review and process invoices, trip tickets, and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Monitor and report on accounts receivable and unbilled items as assigned.
- Manage document control obtain sign-offs, maintain electronic/paper files, and ensure version accuracy.
- Support project setup, documentation updates, and administrative procedures.
- Oversee project closeout activities and ensure all required deliverables are submitted.
- Help develop internal procedures to improve efficiency across the project lifecycle.
- Handle additional administrative or coordination tasks as needed to support project success.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combinations: Associate degree 10 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED 11 years of experience.
- Strong ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional accuracy, organization, and reliability.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
Salary : $24 - $28
