Apply for this job Description Work Location: Onsite location in Los Angeles, CA Work Schedule: Flexibility to work assigned shifts within the Monday–Sunday schedule Job Status: Full-time, Temporary Start Date: ASAP End Date: This is an 89-day contract with the potential to convert to a regular full-time role on day 90. The project is expected to continue through September 2026. Rate: $33.00/hour Position Description: Moderators are expected to interact directly with study participants using provided study protocols and managing the data collected during each session. Moderators will report to the Site Managers. Training will be hands-on and interactive, with learning taking place in real time as data is collected. Sessions occur onsite in Los Angeles, CA. Main Responsibilities: Receive participants at work and guide them through the video study in a controlled environment Ensure all recordings are done per project guidelines and upload the data Have all participants complete a survey at the end of each session Follow COVID-19 sanitization procedures after each session Represent and promote the TELUS AI brand This describes the major duties, responsibilities, and authorities of this job, and is not intended to be a complete list of all tasks and functions. Required Qualifications: Technical/troubleshooting skills; address fundamental problems with launching apps and uploading data 2 years of experience using iOS and macOS devices Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to interact professionally with project participants Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail Must demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate positively and contribute as a team player is required Able to commit to the schedule for the duration of the project Must demonstrate the ability to arrive on time and work in a timely manner.
