In this role, you will lead a team of Solution Architects and Business Consultants who design, implement, and support our TPM software solutions for clients across the consumer goods industry. You will be responsible for driving service delivery excellence, fostering client relationships at the executive level, scaling our consulting practice, and developing a high-performing team that delivers transformational value to our customers.What you'll DoLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects and Business Consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvementBuild and scale the consulting services team to meet growing business demands and market opportunitiesEstablish clear performance metrics, career development paths, and coaching frameworks to maximize team potentialDrive knowledge sharing and best practice development across the team to elevate service delivery qualityChampion a customer-first mindset while balancing team wellbeing and sustainable delivery practicesService Delivery & Operational ExcellenceOversee end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements from solution design through implementation, training, and hypercareEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed customer expectationsDefine and optimize service delivery methodologies, frameworks, and standards for both Solution Architects and Business ConsultantsMonitor project health, resource allocation, and capacity planning to maximize team utilization and client satisfactionImplement quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives across all engagementsClient Relationship & Business GrowthServe as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor for strategic client accountsBuild and maintain strong C-level relationships with key customers in the CPG industryPartner with Sales teams to scope, design, and win new consulting engagementsIdentify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive adoption of additional servicesAct as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap and platform enhancementsStrategic Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationDevelop and execute the strategic vision for Managed Services and Consulting Services aligned with business objectivesCollaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer experiencesProvide thought leadership on TPM industry trends, best practices, and competitive positioningDrive innovation in service offerings, delivery models, and customer engagement approachesContribute to go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and service packagingDomain Expertise & Thought LeadershipLeverage deep TPM and CPG industry expertise to guide complex solution designs and business decisionsServe as an escalation point for complex technical or business challenges during implementationsDevelop and share thought leadership content on TPM trends, best practices, and digital transformationWhat You BringRequired Qualifications:8-10 years of progressive experience in solution architecture, business consulting, or professional services within enterprise software or SaaS environments3-5 years in a leadership role managing consulting, professional services, or implementation teamsProven CPG industry expertise with strong understanding of consumer goods functions including demand planning, sales, finance, trade spend management, accruals & settlements, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM)Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams with demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and retaining top talentClient relationship management experience at executive levels with ability to influence and advise C-suite stakeholdersStrong business acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, or business unit performance metricsExcellent communication and executive presence - ability to present to senior leadership, facilitate workshops, and drive consensus across diverse stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:Trade Promotion Management (TPM) experience with deep understanding of TPM processes, systems, and industry challenges is preferredExperience with SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and enterprise system integrationsBackground spanning both technical solution architecture AND business consulting/implementationExperience in a high-growth or scale-up environmentProven success driving service delivery transformation or operational excellence initiativesExperience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to influence product developmentConsulting firm or professional services background (Big 4, boutique consultancy, or software vendor)Key Competencies:Strategic Leadership -
