Reservations & Hospitality Support SpecialistKey Responsibilities
Process new reservations, modifications, and cancellations' in accordance with client policies
Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, amenities, and special requests
Coordinate with on-site staff or service providers to confirm arrangements
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messaging platform requests professionally
Document all transactions and communications in the designated reservation or CRM system
Escalate urgent guest concerns to designated client contacts for resolution
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a service-oriented approach
Ability to multitask while handling multiple reservations or inquiries simultaneously
Proficiency in reservation systems, CRM tools, or travel booking platforms
Attention to detail to ensure accurate booking and confirmation information
Reliable, secure work environment with stable internet connection
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in reservations, front desk, travel coordination, or guest services
Familiarity with hospitality standards and industry terminology
Background in handling international guest bookings and payment processes.
A reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer, or macOS equivalent) capable of running multiple applications simultaneously
A stable, high-speed internet connection with consistent upload/download performance suitable for voice, video, and system access
A USB or wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
A quiet, dedicated work environment free from background noise during scheduled work hours
A second monitor or dual-screen setup (recommended for certain assignments)
