Description
The primary responsibility of the Neurofitness & Triathlon Program Manager is to oversee the operations and functions of neurofitness services for all Telos programs and the Triathlon Program including active coaching of the north campus triathlon program. This includes the management of staffing, equipment, calendar, family days races, all campus motion groups, and logistics of Telos sponsored neurofitness services.
This position is paid with a base salary but is incentivized with bonuses for hitting KPIs.
Triathlon Program Duties And Responsibilities
Qualifications:
The primary responsibility of the Neurofitness & Triathlon Program Manager is to oversee the operations and functions of neurofitness services for all Telos programs and the Triathlon Program including active coaching of the north campus triathlon program. This includes the management of staffing, equipment, calendar, family days races, all campus motion groups, and logistics of Telos sponsored neurofitness services.

Triathlon Program Duties And Responsibilities
- Facilitate 4 PE coaching classes per day, 3 days per week
- Coach students in Triathlon training and preparation
- Register for and/or facilitate 4 Triathlon events annually, including all planning, preparation, and communication.
- Manage the inventory, purchase, and storage of gear and equipment for all triathlon related training. This includes uniforms, bikes, canoes, race gear, etc.
- Maintain regular weekly communication with parents and treatment teams
- Manage parent billing through proper channels
- Facilitate student recruitment on all campuses
- Facilitate “All Campus Motion Group” at Telos U - South Campus
- Interview, hire, train and supervise neurofitness instructors for one on one and small group personal training sessions.
- Manage Neurofitness services, including
- Services across all Telos programs
- Effective, personalized training plans
- Proper scheduling of private and small group coaching sessions
- Appropriate and timely billing for services
- Adequate, qualified staffing for services
- Effectively market services to Telos student families
- Oversee accurate and timely charting and documentation of all coaching sessions according to training plan objectives
- Maintain regular weekly communication with parents and treatment teams
- Manage parent billing through proper channels
- Facilitate student recruitment on all campuses
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working at Telos or in a residential treatment setting (preferred)
- Knowledge of fitness, triathlons, and athletics. USAT certified.
- Certified personal trainer or in process.
- Must be skilled in budgeting and allocating funds and facilitating operations. Excellent executive function skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Excellent communication and public relations skills
- A basic understanding of a Telos student clinical diagnostic profile.
