Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment services.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Coordinate care with facility staff, medical providers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational standards, policies, and regulations.
Required
- Seeking English–Spanish bilingual professionals for this location.
- Active Florida license as one of the following:
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Psychologist - PsyD/Ph.D.
- Master’s degree (LMHC/LMFT) or Doctoral degree (Psychologist) in a relevant mental health field.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a clinical team.
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.

- Experience working with geriatric populations.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, or long-term care settings.
- Pay-per-encounter, fee-for-service compensation.
- Flexible scheduling with a focus on work-life balance.
- No billing or authorization responsibilities (handled by our billing team).
- Ongoing support from Directors of Mental Health and administrative staff.
