Position Title:

Psychotherapist (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.)

For LPC, LCSW, LMFT: Assuming Full-Time, 75 units/week (15 units/day), a Psychology provider could estimate they will earn $70k - $90k /year.

For Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) Assuming Full-Time, 75 units/week (15 units/day), a Psychologist (Ph.D. or PsyD.) provider could estimate they will earn $90-145k /year.

Schedule:

This position offers both options part-time and full-time:

• Part-Time: 2-3 days per week (daytime hours; you pick the days!)

Job Summary:

Telos Health Systems is seeking a Psychotherapist to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. This role offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and strong administrative and leadership support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment services
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with facility staff, medical providers, and healthcare professionals
• Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational standards, policies, and regulations
  
  
  

Qualifications:

Required Licensure:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/Ph.D.)
  
  
  

Additional Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field
• Active, unrestricted license in the state of practice
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a clinical team
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
  
  
  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with geriatric populations
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, or long-term care settings
