Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalogs, and business processes.
- Design and implement ServiceNow Flow Designer and workflow solutions to automate manual processes.
- Support ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and related applications.
- Analyze, design, test, and support integrations between ServiceNow and internal or external systems using APIs, web services, and integration platforms.
- Develop process maps, business requirements documents, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and data-related issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, project managers, and business teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure system configurations and integrations comply with organizational standards, security requirements, and best practices.
- Support ongoing enhancements, platform optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience and certifications.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business systems analysis, ServiceNow administration, workflow development, system integration, or related technical roles.
- Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow workflows, forms, service catalog items, and automation solutions.
- Understanding of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and platform best practices.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, data mapping, and system integrations.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.
