Responsibilities
- Partner with Lead Recruiter to understand staffing needs, define sourcing strategies, and develop targeted talent pipelines.
- Conduct proactive candidate research and sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, agencies, and other web-based tools.
- Identify, engage, and prescreen qualified candidates based on experience, education, technical skills, knowledge, and job requirements.
- Develop creative outreach campaigns and maintain consistent communication with prospective candidates to generate interest in the Company.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, sourcing activity, applicant flow, outreach efforts, and pipeline status in the applicant tracking system.
- Communicate regularly with recruiters regarding requisition status, sourcing activity, candidate quality, market conditions, and pipeline development.
- Represent the Company at job fairs, college recruiting events, professional networking events, and diversity outreach activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with professional organizations, colleges, community groups, recruiting partners, and external talent networks.
- Ensure all candidate communications are professional, timely, and confidential.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience; or a master’s degree with 1 years of relevant experience.
- One or more years of technical recruiting or talent sourcing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines for specialized or hard-to-fill positions.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, Boolean searches, social media, and other sourcing tools preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong research, networking, candidate engagement, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, executives, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and protect sensitive candidate and company information.
- Professional, customer-service-oriented approach with strong follow-through and responsiveness.
