Job Requirements
Qualifications:
· 8 years of experience in technical project management within federal or mission-critical environments
· Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or related field
· Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
· Must be able to obtain a DoD Public Trust (Active Secret clearance preferred)
· Experience with facility-based IT infrastructure including cabling, wireless networking, and secure enclave deployment
· Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
· Demonstrated success managing multiple subcontractors or technology partners in a project setting
· Able to translate complex IT requirements into executable plans
· Decisive and adaptive in time-constrained, mission-driven environments
· Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks: NIST RMF, FISMA, DHS 4300A
· Hands-on experience with network systems, call center platforms, EMR integration, or VTC systems
· Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage subcontractors
