The Role
Telnyx is looking for a hands-on Data Center Logistics Coordinator to support our rapidly growing global infrastructure operations. This role will own warehouse operations, inventory management, international shipping coordination, and deployment logistics for data center and AI infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate is organized, operationally minded, and comfortable working both behind a desk and on the warehouse floor.

The Role
Telnyx is looking for a hands-on Data Center Logistics Coordinator to support our rapidly growing global infrastructure operations. This role will own warehouse operations, inventory management, international shipping coordination, and deployment logistics for data center and AI infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate is organized, operationally minded, and comfortable working both behind a desk and on the warehouse floor.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments for servers, networking hardware, GPU systems, and company assets
- Manage customs documentation, import/export processes, and freight coordination across global regions
- Own warehouse organization, receiving, shipping, and inventory accuracy
- Maintain inventory for infrastructure hardware, wireless SIM fulfillment, deployment spares, and operational equipment
- Support rack-and-stack deployments and physical infrastructure preparation
- Coordinate trade show and event shipping logistics, including in-house booth storage and inventory
- Track assets, shipments, and deployment equipment across multiple locations
- Help improve logistics workflows as the company scales globally
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or infrastructure operations
- Experience with international shipping and customs/import-export coordination
- Comfortable handling high-value IT or infrastructure hardware
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift and move servers, networking equipment, and shipping materials
- Comfortable working in warehouse and data center environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Data center, telecom, networking, or cloud infrastructure experience
- Rack-and-stack or hardware deployment experience
- Startup or high-growth operations experience
- International and domestic travel opportunities
