In this role, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting and engaging cold leads to generate qualified sales opportunities across our portfolio of service offerings.

- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to cold leads daily
- Introduce and pitch multiple service offerings with confidence
- Overcome objections and build interest with new prospects
- Qualify leads and identify strong sales opportunities
- Schedule appointments or pass qualified prospects to the closing team
- Accurately log all calls, notes, and activity within the CRM system
- Manage and track your pipeline using CRM tools
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Strong communicator with confidence on the phone
- Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls
- Resilient, persistent, and not discouraged by rejection
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Previous sales or cold calling experience strongly preferred
- 100% commission-based role
