What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant position at TellyHealthMD?

TellyHealthMD is seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Assistant willing to travel to patients’ homes to provide services necessary for gap closures to improve patient outcomes. In this role you will be the face of the company delivering real care one patient at a time. This role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Controlled Blood Pressure
Medication Review
Functional Status Assessment
A1C Diabetes Screening
Kidney Health Evaluation (KED)
Hearing Screening
Retinal Eye Exam

Qualifications

Willing to travel
Driver license and Car
Phlebotomist
Patient centric
