What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Custodian Worker position at Tellus, LLC?
Local contractor seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Night Custodian Tuesday's through Saturday's, 6:00PM-9:00PM.
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Maintain floors in a clean state by sweeping, scrubbing and mopping them
- Empty and clean trash receptacles
- Clean, sanitize, and supply bathrooms
- Ensure grounds areas are clean and orderly
- Ensure shelves are clean and orderly
- Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and lift at least 30lbs
Qualifications:
Mandatory
- Required to pass a Federal Background Investigation.
- Must have a valid Drivers License to include Real ID
- Must be a US citizen or lawful permanent resident.
Preferred
- Previous custodial experience
- Ability to understand and follow verbal or written instructions
- Possess working knowledge of methods, technique, and materials used in custodial work
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.68 per hour
