Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to ensure all cookware, utensils, and dishware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to food safety procedures
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, portioning, and assembling ingredients under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by cleaning workstations, floors, and equipment regularly to meet sanitation standards
- Follow proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy pots, boxes of supplies, or cleaning equipment to prevent injury
- Adhere strictly to food safety management protocols and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly while following all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation procedures is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a busy environment
- Basic knife skills for food prep tasks are desirable

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
