Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Driver position based in Odessa, TX. The Driver will be responsible for safely operating vehicles to transport aggregate materials as required by company operations. Responsibilities include adhering to assigned schedules, performing vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness of vehicles, and adhering to all safety and compliance guidelines. A focus on timeliness, safety, and professionalism is key to this role.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate assigned vehicles. Having a commercial driver's license (CDL) is a strong advantage.
- Experience with hauling aggregate material or other relevant driving experience preferred.
- Strong awareness of transportation safety protocols and adherence to regulations.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
- A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with the Odessa, TX area is a plus.
