Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Marble Falls, TX, for a Diesel Technician. The Diesel Technician will be responsible for performing vehicle maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting machinery issues, and conducting repairs on equipment. The role also involves ensuring quality service and fostering positive customer interactions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Experience in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of diesel equipment
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of diesel engines and associated components
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail in all tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational or technical school training in diesel technology is preferred
- Prior experience working with John Deere or similar equipment is a plus
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting, stooping, and prolonged periods of standing
