Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily tune shop operations, while coordinating with other departments on tune-repair needs
- Maintain up to date product knowledge and binding certifications to provide excellent customer service through timely response to customer questions, suggestions, complaints, and recognition
- Maintain the main line of communication between the stores and tune shop
- Know and enforce safety initiatives consistent with company guidelines.
- Supports Telluride Ski & Golf sustainability initiatives.
- Adheres to Telluride Ski & Golf policies and procedures.
- Proficient in POS operations
- Other duties as assigned, including specialty areas like retail and rentals
- Willingness to support other departments in the Retail / Rental division.
- Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Display mechanical aptitude to be able to perform ski tunes, maintenance or repairs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends
- Commitment to exceptional Customer Service
- Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
- Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English
