What You’ll Own
This is not a passive “follow-up on leads” role. You are the connector, the initiator, and the driver of momentum.
You will:
Engage physicians, practice administrators, and C-level stakeholders across medical practices, rehab centers, and nursing facilities
Conduct outreach to qualify and activate provided leads
Build credibility quickly and position Tellurian’s value with confidence and clarity
Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the National Sales Director
Guide prospects through the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) process to enable billing analysis
Ensure signed BAAs are secured and properly submitted
Maintain accurate prospect data, including facility details, contacts, and routing logistics
Operate within an assigned 50-mile territory, while also supporting nationwide opportunities
What Success Looks Like
Consistent meeting generation with qualified healthcare decision-makers
Strong conversion from initial outreach → scheduled meeting → signed BAA
Organized, accurate tracking of all prospect activity and facility data
Confidence in navigating conversations with both clinical and administrative stakeholders
A growing pipeline that translates into monthly residual revenue
What You Bring (Required)
3 years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare, services, or B2B environments
Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and ICD-10-CM codes
Proven ability to engage, build rapport, and move conversations forward
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re comfortable speaking with decision-makers
Ability to operate within a defined geographic territory (50-mile radius)
Confidence in asking for the next step—and ultimately, the close
