We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, commercial management and client relationship building. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery while managing resources, budgets, and timelines.
Duties/Responsibilities
Review and budget schematic designs ensuring our portfolio of products are a fit for the building. This includes understanding project plans and specifications.
Maintain project budgets and order materials from our European suppliers.
You will work closely with our Design Manager to ensure projects are commercially viable.
Conduct regular meetings with Contractors, provide regular material schedule updates.
Work with our shippers and importers to ensure materials are delivered in a timely manner.
Attend contractor, project team, and owner meetings when requested. This may require domestic or international travel. Passport required.
Draft project financial reports on a regular basis.
Stay up to date with submittals and required paperwork.
Assist in reviewing all project billings and supplier/vendor payments.
Record project minutes for various meetings as needed.
Perform additional assignments under supervision or under the supervisor’s direction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office and similar technologies.
LEED Green Associate, LEED AP Certifications preferred.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in related construction management/engineering-related field is required. Construction Management or Construction Sales Management experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to travel and feel comfortable visiting jobsites.
Ability to drive to project site when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
