Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all members
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, and other financial transactions
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain proper cash limits
- Identify member needs and refer appropriate products and services
- Maintain compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and security protocols
- Resolve member concerns efficiently and professionally
- Support operational needs of both partner credit unions as required
- Maintain confidentiality of member information at all times
