What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project System Manager - Finance position at Telgian Corporation?
The Project System Manager - Finance oversees Deltek Vision research, development, and productivity within the business units of Telgian Engineering & Consulting, LLC (TEC). You will act as the liaison between our organization’s top leaders, finance, and IT departments. Additionally, you will work on special projects and day-to-day duties for the Finance department. You will report directly to our VP of Finance. This is a unique opportunity to hone your consulting skills and maximize efficiency within our growing organization!
Your Opportunity:
- Deltek Vision administration and support
- Performance monitoring
- Portal maintenance
- System security (user and user portal maintenance)
- Partner with leaders from all business units to maximize efficiency and efficacy within the system
- Project set up, maintenance, clean up and special reporting
- Invoicing set up, processing, and special reporting

Your Qualifications:
- BS/BA is required
- 5 years direct experience with Deltek Vision
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Commitment to staying current on Deltek Vision system capabilities
- Great time management skills
- Successful track record of building and sustaining strong working relationships
