The Project Assistant at Telgian Engineering and Consulting (TEC) assists the Engineering and consulting team by collaborating with all team members and public entities to focus on critical path activities to accomplish project and production goals. This role is in-person at our Phoenix location.

Your Opportunity

• Provide scheduling assistance for consultants and Engineers
• Research to determine the proper jurisdictional authorities and/or water purveyors
• Coordinate with consulting to obtain dates and times for scheduling purposes
• Coordinate meetings with jurisdictional authorities and/or water purveyors
• Process Client notifications and notify all appropriate parties in accordance with client specific guidelines
• Compile, prepare and email documents
• Assist with permitting
• Other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administrative experience
• Experience in fire consulting preferred
• High School or GED
