EVENINGS 4-8PM and WEEKENDS
20-25 hours per week
Keep building in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, washing walls, keeping toiletries supplied, and remove trash, clean windows.
Tasks
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
- Be punctual and get things done in a timely manner
- Vacuum offices and take out trash
- Gather and empty trash throughout the building
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms
- Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables and chairs to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings
- Position will report to the Maintenance Supervisor
